This tool allows you to convert Excel files to PDF

 

Install the XLS Excel to PDF Converter software to your computer. Run it.

 

Drag and drop your input files to the program window. Or click the "Add Your Files..." button.

 

Then configure the Conversion Settings:

 

•If you want to process all sheets of excel file, choose the "Process all sheets" option. If you want to process specific sheets, choose the second option, and enter the sheets range. For example: 1, 2, 6-8.

 

•Draw grid lines. Enable this option to print the gray grid lines pf spreadsheet.

 

•Print over, then down.

 

•Print formula text. A formula text will be displayed instead of the formula value.

 

•Landscape orientation. If checked, the pages will be printed landscape, else portrait.

 

 

When ready, click the "Convert" button to start the process.
