This tool allows you to convert Word (Doc, DocX), RTF, HTML, Excel, text and image files to PDF.

 

Install the Document to PDF Converter software to your computer. Run it.

 

Drag and drop your input files to the program window. Or click the "Add Your Files..." button.

 

Choose the Operation type from the combo, then configure the Conversion Settings:

 

• Word to PDF. If you want to process all pages, choose the "Process all pages" option. If you want to process specific pages, choose the second option, and enter the page range. For example: 1, 2, 6-8.

 

•HTML to PDF. Here is no options to configure.

 

•Excel to PDF. If you want to process all sheets of excel file, choose the "Process all sheets" option. If you want to process specific sheets, choose the second option, and enter the sheets range. For example: 1, 2, 6-8.

- Draw grid lines. Enable this option to print the gray grid lines pf spreadsheet.

- Print over, then down.

- Print formula text. A formula text will be displayed instead of the formula value.

- Landscape orientation. If checked, the pages will be printed landscape, else portrait.

 

•Images to PDF. There are several options:

- Quality. This is a level of the image compression. The higher Quality is, the bigger the output PDF becomes. Lower Quality value means the higher compression level, and therefore the smaller PDF file size.

- Color Depth. Use 24bit or even 32 bit  if you are converting the live high-resolution photos.  8 bit may be enough for clipart and scanned papers. 1 and 4 bit is suitable for scanned papers too.

- Page Layout. "One column" option  draws each photo onto the new page in PDF file. "Single page" make a single page, where all photos are located under each other. And the last option, "Two columns" draws two photos on each page.

- Save as separate files.  If you enable this option, the program will save each image to separate PDF file.

- Make full-screen slideshow. This is an unique feature that allows you to make a real full-screen  album from your photos.

 

When ready, click the "Convert" button to start the process.
